Do you still believe? No, not in the Easter Bunny, in YOURSELF!

I share a top 10 list of change enablers in my book; MONDAYS don’t have to SUCK!
More like self-change enablers, on both the personal and professional development side of things.
A BELIEF in ONESELF comes in at #9, not that that they are in any particular order.
And they are all interrelated, so it is hard to single one out.
But I believe that I will give singling out a try via this, my second Video Blog. 😊
I am giving it a try by singling out BELIEVING.

And when I say to believe, I mean to REALLY believe.
When push comes to shove it is sometimes hard to keep moving forward with our desired change when we don’t really believe in it.
Or in ourselves,
or both!

And I have found that staying a believer is not always easy,
especially when undergoing a change that takes time.
And a lot of change does take time.
It takes time to make and maintain the change long enough for it to become habit forming.

In this story (in this case, video story), I share some of the obstacles that came between me and my beliefs.
And some of the other enablers that I called upon to help me to remain a believer.

Oh! and spoiler alert, since this is Easter Weekend,
If you are still a believer in the Easter bunny, you might want to give this one a pass.
Or maybe not. If you still believe in the Easter Bunny. Good for you.
You can believe in whatever you want to believe in. 😊
